Mike is a healthcare executive, leadership coach, consultant, and speaker with more than 30 years of experience leading hospitals, physician organizations, ambulatory surgery centers, and integrated health systems. His leadership experience spans both rural and urban healthcare environments, including serving as a hospital CEO and market president overseeing multiple hospitals and healthcare facilities.

Through Health Leadership Advisory, Mike combines decades of executive leadership experience with executive coach training through Columbia University to help healthcare leaders strengthen self-awareness, navigate complexity, improve team performance, and achieve meaningful results.
